Now that grossman is out, I have a feeling they will give Benson a good deal. They need good backs now as hutchinson can't throw the ball for crap. I say put in Orton instead of that old bastid.

he is still holdin out. Moreover #3 pick braylon edwards and #5 pick cadillac williams have both agreed on terms with their teams, so this can be an indication that benson the #4 pick will also sign on in the very near future.

Is Benson still holding out?

Hey relax, dont hype orton yet. lets see him play with the big guys and perform atleast partial to what he did agains miami's bench/third-string/

Was a good game and Orton did put on a show, but he did do it against the 3rd string of an already not so good miami team so I wouldn't screw Grossman just yet. I liked how Grossman played in the short period of time he was in. Will be interesting to see how he progressive through pre season. I think their offense is much improved esp. up on the front line. What was surprising was that there were no qb sacks against the bears this game and coming from a team that lead the NFL last year in that catagory, that is a very nice start.
