MicroChips in Dogs?!?
So I was watching TV and I guess they came out with this new microchip that can be inserted in a dog so if it runs away, you can trace it and find it. Now to me, that is the coolest thing ever but it raised a couple of questions.
1. Like the internet, that was used by the military before we had any idea of it, do you think that the military uses or previously implants microchips in like captured terrorists and let them free to see where they escape too???
2. Don't you think it would be great if every human was implanted with a microchip? This way if your child gets kidnapped or a prisoner runs away, the FBI can trace it immediately.
3. Sure it might be an invasion of privacy but in a way, if you are in court for a crime committed, the FBI could prove whether or not you were on the scene or not. This would put a lot of lawyers out of business, but it cuts all that he said she said "BS" in half.
I don't know. I thought it was a great idea. So humans are so concerned of finding their dogs when they runaway, but aren't parents afraid for their kidnapped children. Im sure in about 5-10 years this would be a heated argument, such as cloning and if they decide to go through with it, our great grandkids are all going to be traced with microchips. Like an immunization.
