Mood Drops?

Has any one experiences changes in moods, after a change in their diet?

I just tried reducing the carbs in my diet for the last few days, and I ended up just feeling pretty down (which was very unusual for me).

I'm back on a 50/30/20 c/p/f, and I'm back to my normal happy self. I won't try that again...

Adding Dietry Fat such as CLA will help mood swings while on low carb diet. Less Carbs will drop your mood and taking too much carbs will also do the same by making you sluggish and lazy. I recommend a balanced diet of Protein , Carbs and Dietry fat.

Thanks for the replies. I'm back on carbs and am bouncing off the walls (as usual).

Cheers,

People on high protein low carb diets are usually grouchy. Especailly when they are around people who are eating everything in site.
