How about taking her out for a shopping spree with lunch in a nice restaurant.
like a makeover would be fun, professional photos, so she doesn't feel like she looks her age...
it would be thoughtful of u to have a makeover to look older and uglier, so she can compare herself and feel like, she still got it, compared to her much younger daughter...this second part is optional..hope this was helpful... :P
