Apparently it isnt as easy as I thought to find a place in Manhattan. I am a 28 yo male moving to the city...need help finding a place. I am a physician. Would consider roommate if also professional traditional Muslim. If anyone knows of a place or is willing to room please let me know.

Craiglist. And also pay a visit to the bulletin boards or lightposts of NYU, Columbia and other local colleges - there are usually ample postings there. Just found my place in the city doing just that. Search time: 1 week, 2 days, 47 mins and 10 secs (+/- 3 secs), Alhamdulillah. Good luck!
