My Naseeb dilemma
Dear Naseeb,
Today I made my first profit from alcohol.. The department I work for decided to dole out bottles of wine to all my colleagues.. And since I don?t drink I took one and donated it to my colleage George.. Who then gave me ?4 for it (and refused to take it back saying buy your kid some chocs)..
What do i do.. buy the chocolate ? (any excuse for chocolate).. repent? given that this may be just a few steps away from opening my own desi corner shop complete with drinks section... am i a heathen* ?
*please disregard the other xmas based activities I have been indulging in when answering, namely singing carols every time they appear on the radio/ singing hymns in church at the school nativity play/ buying a pink 2 foot fibreoptic tree/ going to see the Cinderella panto..

where
GD = 1 good deed (abstaining from drink) by labs
QT = 1 questionable transaction (money for dodgy goods)
C = (any) excuse for chocolate!
FCO = freeloading chocolate opportunity (for kaduna)
