I think Wade will get his props next year.....he just came out of nowhere. But he's the shi@, starting to dominate.

Nash had a great year...deserved the mvp.

Philly has no talent what so ever......Iverson carries that sorry team. Think back a few years ago, they had a little talent, he took them to the finals. Iverson plays with more heart and passion than just about anyone....you can't dis a guy like that.

Valid points but I'd still vote for Shaq...with Udonis Haslem, Damon Jones and an ancient Eddie Jones as 3/5ths of your starting rotation, you gotta be an MVP to carry them to the best record in the east...JKidd could've done what Nash did but no one can replace Shaq

Without Nash, the Suns were the cellar. With Nash, they're a contender and a #1 seed in the west. And plus, when nash wasn't there, the suns looked like last year's edition. Thats why I think the choice was clear. Steve Nash earned that honor.

Nash is great and as to your Allen Iverson comment, its hard for one man to take the team into finals and win the trophy. Look at Lakers, Kobe cant do on his own and i bet he realize it now. Even if Allen Iverson start passing the ball, who is there to score? If there is no Stoudamire, do you think Nash alone can take the team to Playoffs?
