EPIX seems to be in a worse shape. they have not made any money since 2002... and now they are buying Predix for 90 million and will assume more debt. I can tell you that even this year they may not turn a profit due to this new buyout.

go to this site and look at their financials... For NAVR, Seems like they have too much debt.. and are not making any money to help pay that off..
