Assalamu Alaikum,

I am reporter for the San Bernardino Sun newspaper in Southern California. I
am working on a profile on a stand-up comedian, Ahmed Ahmed. He has Egyptian
roots. For my story, I want to specifically interview Muslims with ties to
the San Bernardino area. Ideally, these would be young and/or old Muslims
who grew up in San Bernardino County or live there now and can comment in
detail on this growing trend of Muslims entering and redefining the
entertainment industry. If you've heard Ahmed Ahmed, who I am told is from
Riverside, that's even better.

Like always, I am on deadline. I hope to finish at least the interviews by
next Friday, May 20. If you're interested, please email me your name and
contact information so I can set up a time to chat with you. You can learn
more about our newspaper at sbsun.com. My work number is (909) 792-5542.

Thank you much.

Was salam,
Munira Syeda
