ooooooo just as im starting a smear campaign against book shops...ever seen the religious section?

THREE (3) Shelves of Bibles, from every colour to every version. THREE shelves.

Dont even get me started on Buddhism (poor guys get 3 books next to hindusim)....and what ever happened to Judaism? OOo they are also poorly misrepresented.

:D well, im glad u got it sorted .

btw. Waterstones dont do transliterations, they do only max of 2 copies of the Koran.
And most other books are wonderfully categorised " Terrorism, The problem with Islam, The true Face of Islam" :D So waterstones are my emenies of Islam, but they do great books otherwise.

now Borders, they are brilliant. Although less organised, and fancy, they have much better stock of books, and rare books you tend to find there.

The other bookshop in charring cross rd Al-Hodi doesn't exist anymore.

i think i've been to the bookshop in charing cross road..

also amazon.co.uk ... search for +transliteration +quran has a list

or try ringing your local borders, waterstones etc. (check their websites) as they will all carry Qurans.. and therefore maybe transliterations

fon, also this site has the arabic, translation and transliteration on the same page
muslimaccess.com

if you're looking for a printed copy, try a bookshop like
www.tijarapages.com

or www.alsaqibookshop.com
alsaqibookshop.com prd=1

thanks AFTAB......but neither of those sites give details of being able to buy a transliteration of the Quran.

My bro infact jus told me that i might be able to obtain one from Regents Park Mosque here in london....so i might give them a bell.
