Need Suggestions On Organizations

Hello New Yorkers,

I am looking to join some cool organizations to do volunteer work and meet with people. I know of DIL, Toastmasters, OPEN, and a couple others. Do you know of any? Any response is good. It could be professional, cultural, artsy, outdoors, or whatever.

Oh thats cool, a boating club! I do want to join something like that, but I think they'll be reaching the end of season soon.

Actually, I'll go to one of the next meetup.com meetings. Will see how it goes.
