Hello everyone! I'm completely new to this whole website/new lil world of its own....but so far it all looks quite interesting...so well done to those who designed the site!

I'd like to ask how 'active' people in this group are - i mean do expeditions get organised/ charity events/ hiking/ travelling to exotic places...?

Any people in the UK willing to get things up and going, or for that matter anywhere in the world - travelling is not an obstacle as far as i'm concerned!

Look forward to hearing what people have to say...please post liberally, don't all shout at once though!
