Mark Ingram was consistent.

Plaxico is inconsistent? He's their leading reciever and has showed up every week! You're crazy.

Shockey is great no doubt, but u can't depend on one guy all the time. U have to pass the ball around between/to different targets. Plaxico is inconsistent as this is only his first year. Eli hasn't settled in position yet and does throw interceptions (every once in a while) that do prove costly at times. Tikki has proved his worth but Toomer keeps droppin the ball. He is not as good as he used to be so he has got to go.

Well when you have a great pass catching tight end like Shockey then you're OK. But Carter is good too and look for him to emerge.

Giants need another wide receiver other than Plaxico & Tikki. Toomer needs to be replaced.

go rams. duh.

No way. Give him a chance. He hasn't had Burleson since week 2. Once he gets his primary reciever back, we can see what the deal is. BTW-thats this week.

I think we need to decide if Daunte Culpepper is simply overrated.

Ravens fan here. Mike Tice surely is gonna get fired at the end of the season unless he pulls off something like taking the Viking deep into the playoffs. They just don't want to make a move during the season and then have an interim manager who'll be let go at the end of the year and then someone else will be hired. That's having three head coaches in a year, won't help the team one bit. Mike Tice should've been fired the day the story of his scalping of Super Bowl tix came out.

Agent: I got nothing but love for Pakistani-goras! ;)

I enjoyed John Chaney telling his players to break the opposing team's players arms. Awesome! (I really have made this village very basketball oriented?)

JAL: I think you are part of the media conspiracy against Pakistani-goras. #:

The Kid: I think I have spent one too many years in the South, where people have tried to indoctrinate me with why pro sports suck in comparison to college sports; dealing with the whole "white" v "black" thing. OF course I have to take the side of the underdog.

I am amused when everyone is "Pittsnogled" into thinking pro sports suck, and how college athletics is infallable.

You made some great points (esp. about the sponsorship responsibility of Stern).

FYI: I think Bruschi is part Italian/Filipino

Read my Sporting News letter to Mike Decourcy about similar a similar topic under the pen name "Isaiah Khan". I get semi-smacked down. i.tsn.com

He looks like he can be either Latino or Itallian and talks with a Latino accent but his name is defintiely Itallian or Spanish, meaning from Spain or some South American country.

The Kid: While his medical condition is unfortunate(which you righfully corrected me upon), the loyalty toward the attention he is recieving I think does hit racial bias. He is the "emotional leader" of the Patriots. Not the best defensive player, not the top tackler persay...just the "emotional leader."

The media love to hype up unathletic non-black athletes(when there are superior African American alternatives) that have to run and work harder since they have to compensate for their general lack of physical ability. Everyone wants to sensationalize these factors, since its a Rudy-esc "feel good story." The people corporate NFL markets too is for white-america...not urban america. There is a deeper agenda here.

Just look at the ridiculous dress code in the NBA now as an example of this ploy, or the cursorary wonder when TO played hurt in the Super Bowl, yet the extreme heat he got when it was pointed out how he played through injury and wanted a new contract. However, I digress...

If you were offended by my previous statement I apologize. I feel however, substantively it has a basis in the Teddy Bruschi media frenzy.....I hope for the best in his return and he does not suffer serious medical consequences.

Would everyone stop kissing Teddy Bruschi's @ss!! This is worse than the MNF ABC crew when Brady plays and they suck his you know what. If Bruschi were kuloo and wore big chains, with spinner medallions, sitting on dubs, no one would give a shyt.....medical condition or not.
