Well it sucks but if you do things without thinking about them then you might be in trouble. If you do things on your own time which should be okay to you.. .you can then take your company to court. In the end... let all the companies fire everyone... then the remaining people are stuck with doing all the jobs. Or better yet... let them fire all the workers and have all the managers do the work ^__^ hehehe.
