Unefemme:Is that a base that you put on before applying eyeshadow?

Im not too sure why it happens but it happens to me all the time. Whenever i would wear eye shadows there would alwyas be an eyeshadow color crease in the middle of my eyelid.
Now I use Lancome's "COLOUR DOSE EYE" its an all day wear creme eyecolor and base. I put the base on first before i apply on any color of eyeshadow and i dont have any more creases. It helps a lot.

I guess you can use any kind of base before applying color to your eyes.
