Okay coach - what now?
Okay fans, unless you're rooting for one of the 4 teams still in the running (or even if you are), what changes would you make for your team in the off-season to make them contenders next year?
My team is the Chicago Bears.
First, I'd put my starting QB, Rex Grossman, through some intensive training to improve strength but especially accuracy. He also needs to focus a little bit better when the pressure's on.
I'd acquire another decent WR. We've got 2, but another would help things tremendously. Our RB is decent, but a big FB or a fast TE would help.
Defensively we're pretty sharp (the last game vs. Panthers notwithstanding). I'd get 1 or 2 more quick cornerbacks and a good backup safety in case Mike Brown gets hurt again.
These minor changes would make Da Bears absolutely lethal next year.
So what changes would you make to your team this summer?

my team is the rams. all i want is ron rivera as the coach. everything else will fall in place :P since the offense is already there with the development of stephen jackson going well. of course, hopefully theyll have more commitment to the running game.
Thomas Jones did have a great season, but an option to have on the field would be nice. At the moment, every time Thomas Jones is not on the field, you KNOW we're gonna pass. It's not even a question. One of the best advantages of having a good running back is that you can keep the defense guessing as to what you're going to do on the next play right up to the play-action fake.
None of the changes I'd make to the Bears were major. Just complimentary. The last 5 seasons have been tough due to constant injuries. It would be nice to have a few good players handy in case that happens again next year.
