? On ALmonDs -- Need Badaam HELP

Well my mom says if we eat almonds it'll enhance our memories.. so she sent us lots and lots of badaamzzz (for my sis and I) .. and it's jus sitting in our fridge.. any suggestions what we can do with them ... Any recipes involving badaam? ANyone knows how to Roast almonds???? Please share.. !!

Hmm sounds interesting Ifrit..do hook it up with the recipe.. ..thanx NYCEGAL..my mom normally makes a shake with banana milk and almonds.. pretty slammin'!!

deserts with phylo and mascarpone. i can provide recipes but for now thats where i would start. also, moroccan bastila can have shaved almonds on them.
