Also, oral sex as addressed in this article, refers to a wife performing on her husband. With the same exception in mind (provided it is an exception), I was wondering about a husband performing on his wife.
A man can, in some or most cases, refrain from ejaculation, or a woman can stop the performance of oral sex before he ejaculates (even before the pre-ejaculate is present), but a woman's secretions, function differently, and I would think it very very hard, if even possible for a man to perform oral sex on a woman and stop before any fluids are secreted. Which would mean, unless he were to only perform this act for the first few moments, it is unacceptable all the way around for a man to give oral sex to a woman.
I understand the guidance given in this article, but my question regards the "exception" or what seems to be an exception at the end.

"Since oral sex normally results in the impure discharges of the husband's
private part going into the wife's mouth, it is not permissible. On the
contrary, if the possibility of any impurity entering the mouth is
eradicated, then it will be permissible for the wife to caress the genitals
of her husband."
Does this mean that if the huband were to refrain from ejaculating into the mouth of his wife, that THEN oral sex is permissable (or at least is it then only "not recommended" rather than haram?)? The confusing part was that you used "caress the genitals of the husband" and "caress" to me does not necessarily mean anything oral. And as far as I know, it is not haram to touch your husband or wife about their genitals.
