I know the ending made me want to throw up too!...especially after the girl got pulled out of the well and that old guy saw her legs...oh god talk about grosss...I agree I think a lot of it is very accurate... sad but true...k will check out the books, thanx!

Ok! so ofcourse I'v seen this movie. I did like it, except I almost threw up at the end...it was so disturbing! some of my well meaning Ameircan freinds have said that this move perpetuates negative steryotypess of Muslims and Afghans, but I'v talked to enough Afghans to realize that this movie is as much an expression of their views are anything... if you like this movie, read the Kite Runner (about to be made into a movie)... and also the Book Seller of Kabul all great!
