Outraged dentist

What metal is used to make crowns in middle-eastern and eastern european countries? Why does it rust???? Why the h*& & do I have 2 patients with splinted molar to molar crowns on periodontally sound teeth (at least 80% of bone present) with huge overhangs, open margins & flagrant lack of esthetics & functionnal occlusion. Why in some of these cases the dentist just dabbed composite interproximally to close the black triangles and "relieve" the pain the patient was complaining of? Since when do we do multiple pulpotomies on adult teeth of a 50 yo woman? ... Is it middle ages dentistry or dentists there lost all sense of ethics and skill? I wonder why in the province of Quebec there are 5000 dentists serving 6 million individuals, while in Lebanon there are 25,000 dentists serving 4 million. I find it sad for the innocent ignorant patient who thinks he just got a "great deal" by paying 1000$ to get his teeth screwed, thinking "hey! that's the price of one crown in Canada". anyone from the middle east to comment?
