Outright Hatred and Bigotry by a Saudi

The most hateful, bigotted thing just occured to me. I was at a coffee shop in Orange County California having a discussion about Palestinian politics with a girl from Indonesia when a Saudi male started talking to us about our politics. He said he is visiting from Northeastern University in Boston and that he overheard us speaking. I pretended to be American, because I can get away with it and I wanted to know what he and his friends were saying in Arabic, and we started discussing the situation with him. He said the 2 greatest Arab nations are Kuwait and Saudi and that they have civilized Arab people and that the only civilized people come from the khalij. He proceeded to say that Palestinians are liars and known liars, that they steal, cheat, and you can buy their women for a low price. He said you can pay a Palestinian teacher $20 for 2 hours and half that time you will be screwing her on the table. That $20 is too much for them that they deserve $15 for their efforts. (this was all said in Arabic to his friends). In English he told us that Palestinians are considered low class in Saudi and that all of Bilad al Sham is poor and uneducated. That the 2 Arab peoples that are liars are the Palestinians and the Moroccans. That we should not waste our energy on the Palestinians because there is a reason they were kicked out and they will continue to be kicked out!! He is supposedly educated at Northeastern!! IF anyone knows any saudis at Northereastern I want to send this guy a personal letter. I didn't catch his name but I got his e-mail address. He is very hateful and spiteful. I eneded the discussion after I couldn't stand the trash he and his friends were saying in Arabic by looking him straight in the eyes and saying... Gelt al Adab... haram alaykom... My friend who speaks and understands Arabic as well after living in Kuwait for years and being treated like trash by Kuwaitis also expressed her distaste for these men and we left!! Can you belive this??

I went to college with many Arab friends some of them were from the gulf. Some were quite educated, open minded and very humble while others were NOT. Having lived in Syria, Europe and the US I believe racism is wide spread in the Middle East in all of the Middle Eastern countries people hate each other for some reason.

PS, what kind of islamic behaviour is it to keep insisting on his error. Their behaviour isnt justifiable thats right...but to attack him like this even after he corrected it is equally unjustifiable...sounds like you're trying to keep trouble stirring buddy.

i lived in saudi for a year and met some definite friends for life but also met some tools. its unfortunate that many muslims are full of khara but maryam, there's no way that little biatch woulda said anything like that if keeper and i were there. so don't pay any attention to people who talk a lot..they tend not to be able to back anything up.

u responding to me? you jackelope. i wasn't insulting you (though i did just now) or threatening you (this is naseeb after all, the internet? it's anonymous and we can't contact each other, plus, no doubt it's very easy to be brave behind a computer monitor "habibi") my point remains. your first defence of them was "their bloodlines". a defence you yourself realize is faulty and contraty to the teachings of islam. But still it's the first thing that popped into your mind. why is that? because thats how they want you to think, and how they teach themselves to think. it gives them a lot of leeway for bad behavior. and gives them alot of unquestioned support (thats you "habibi").

Ya baba inta, you think I'm afraid of you or care about my image in your eyes to retrack just to keep it intact??? What I said was just 'out of context', not at all well expressed, it's place is in another 'discussion', not here!!! I'm KNOWN for not CARING about ANYONE'S opinion of me!!! I do my thing here and I don't care for ACCEPTANCE, esp. from people with crooked minds like whomever you want to think I'm referring to here!!!!! I replace the word 'Saudi' there and put Arabs!!! Saudis are not purer Arabs than us!!! There are many who are originally African!! Look at the Saudi soccer team, for example!!!! Ok, 7abibi?? Mish khayif minnak!!! I corrected myself for my own self's sake, mish elak wala la ghairak ya 7abibi!!

they've brainwashed themselves, and apparently you SS, so that the first thing you think of when you hear them is some inane idea if primal decent. thats some seriously twisted stuff. You, who appear to be quite religious, and your very first reaction in defending them was their bloodline. yes, you realize your mistake now that we've pointed it out, but how many times does it come up wiht no one t opoint out how wrong your perception of them truely is? this is the prattle they teach their children, and i've heard similar lines from both the ultra conservative beard and mosque saudi as well as the total embarresment drunk with women during ramadan saudi. They feed it to their people, and they've feed it to you. very telling i think

I once entered an 'only-adult' PalTalk room, only to find a Pali and a Saudi fighting verbally..the Saudi swearing at the mothers of Pali martyrs, etc etc, and...GOD he was a shaytan, wallah! They were spitting on each other over the mic and...it was hillarious, thouse very disturbing what that Saudi fool was doing!!!! I heard there is a pro-Zionist Saudi website out there, but I never tried to find it. It's accusing Palestinians of all sorts of things, like even selling their land to the Jews! Anyways, that Saudi on PalTalk..it was very ironic that he had to leave the room temporarily to go for the Friday prayer :s Hey, everyone represents himself, we all know that. There are Saudis who can't wait to find a way to Palestine, while there are Palestinians who'd never fight for Palestine, I'm sure! Generalizing is always wrong.

I said I take back that point about bloodlines, but I have to stress that I in NO WAY meant that bloodlines ensure piety or whatever! I'm not 'Shia', lol ("Shia?? Again?? lol") :p I think I involuntarily repeated what so many non-Arabs say when they look at Saudis (Arabians) as the offspring of Sahaabah. Some I heard stories would rub Arabs' hands with their fingers then smell their fingers..so as to smell the 'scent' of sahaabah in the blood of Arabs :p wallah my uncle told me that happened with him. So, anyways,...my point I guess was that..we should remember we are descended, all of us, including so many now 'non-Arabs' (but originally Arabs) from those great men who conquered the world and the world owes to them everything till Judgement Day. Anyways, I was very sleepy and I think I didn't express myself well in that comment. al-i3tiraaf bil 7aqq fadheelah.
