Paki Day.. Last Year or This year?


What did you guys think of this year Paki Day? In my opinion, last years was much better, it was more organized, food was also better last year, there were more booths, better skits and better performances by everyone. I even got a back stage pass to see Junoon but after their disappointing performance, I decided not to go see them.

It wasn't that bad better than nuthing..Atleast junoon performed live..Actually i heard that organizers asked 25% out of the total income from all stall people, this is why u didnt see BismilALLAH and all other famous resturants around there:)

What did you guys think about climbing the entire foot ball feild every time you had to get something to drink or eat. It's not that easy with 4 inch stilletos. That place is big enough to accomodate 90,000 people but a bit too big for this event. It seemed less crowded, almost empty this year because everything was so spread out.

Everything evolves into something great... CSUF gave it wings to be able to take off. I think it was the PSA prez that helped organize and run it for many years at CSUF.

Just glad that the opportunity to go to something local is available ;)

I still enjoyed it. I got to meet up with a lot of my local friends and others I normally wouldn't have met up with otherwise. I think my circle of friends to share the event with made it worth while for me. ^__^

Plus why go to Gypsey when Habibi is right across the street ;) hehehe j/k

Marginal at best. I had more fun at Gypsey in Westwood afterwards.

Last year was much better.
