Parliament Membership Question

If the "Parliament" is open to anyone to join, doesn't that bring the integrity of any elections/votes into question (as anyone can flood the parliament with their supporters before the vote)?

direct democracy... The idea I suppose is not to create an exclusive club but to give voice to everyone... I suppose we can put a maxmimum limit if people here want ... Lets put it to vote ...
