Pete Prick i mean Prisco's 2005 top 50

check this out guys. this year....he did alright, but some problems that i noticed.

-why is chad johnson rated higher than Torry Holt??? holt's numbers slid off a little cause bruce tore it up last year. imo he's def. in the top 5 receiver category. and hines ward 48??? yo...im no steelers fan, but hines ward is da sht. he does it all; you can't say that about too many receivers. and he had a rook (a great one nonetheless) throwing him the ball.

-clinton portis? i know he's very fast, quick feet, nice cut moves, but 11??? i could be the running back in denver and prolly get a 1000yds. he's ranked higher than the priest, j.lewis, deuce, green, and lol...edge AND shaun alexander, curtis martin, cory dillon, and my man tiki aren't even on the list!!! no thats BS.

-where the eff are trent green, polamalu, r. harrison, donnie edwards, and many many MANY others.

-why are todd heap, charles woodson (overrated) and kris jenkins on the list? i mean, it is for 2004 production.

so what y'all think?

Can't wait for the football season to start. Basketball is almost over and baseball sucks at the moment. Trainig camp is only less than two months away. Ravens are having a scrimmage with the Red Skins sometime in August and are gonna charge like 15 bucks. Can you believe this? Scrimmages were always free. This is so Synderish.

Yea Johnson definatly is a threat, his hands are getting better i guess but other than occasional butter fingers that fool can fly on the field man, i still would take the older Holt than him though, only 2yr differance but he's a better route runner, much better hands and he's pretty fast..but i have a feeling Johnson will bust out even more this year and his cockiness will also be retardely greater lol, i hope he talks some more smack when they play the Browns the first game this year so G.BAXTER can bulldoze his azz on the line lol

Agreed Johnson is a phenomenal wideout - you have to give him a lot of respect ESPECIALLY when he called out his boy Drew Rosenhaus and said "I do not work for my agent, he works for me." in regards to his agent saying that JOhnson is overpaid and should holdout.

No Samer, Chad Johnson being opposite T.J. made him look like the second coming of Rice.

Palmer is NOT a sleeper...he is a talented QB that will breakout this season. Trust me, he will not go under the radar in FFL drafts. After all, he made TJ Houshmanzadeh look like the second coming of Jerry Rice. ;)

Yea i agree about Palmer being a sleeper this year, and honestly i wouldnt be surprised if the Bengals contend for the North, their getting better defensively and Palmer was playing good last year and should continue to get better, i think Johnson is good but too cocky, which is cool if you produce in which he did last year, except againts the Browns! lol...and i think Portis will have better numbers this year, 1300+ rushing yards aint bad at all but only 5td's, but i think the blame for that is their horrid offensive passing game....also curtis martin should have been on that list.

Heap, Woodson, & Jenkins have ZERO business being on that list. I mean Heap played what, 4 games? Although when healthy, he is no doubt, a top shelf tight end who can play for my fantasy team anyday!

Not for nothing, Portis seems like he didn't do shyt cuz he didn't score his usual 16-18 TD's but considering everything, he still finished pretty well. He had like 1400 yards I think. There's no doubt he's a PLAYER. Are you questioning his skills as a RB? We all know the Denver RB thing but he still had a decent season behind a crappy line and a horrible offense. Of course it was by no means a PORTIS season.

I think Chad is rated higher cuz he made more strides and improvements and seems to be on the rise and Holt is in his prime with nowhere to go but down. Watch out for Chad this year simply cuz I think Palmer is a huge sleeper at QB this season!

Chad Johnson is a cartoon....does anyone remember him calling himself 7-11 as he is always open.....was pretty funny.

Yea i dont understand why Chad Johnson would be rated higher than Torry Holt, Johnson is a great reciever but his numbers werent even as good as Holts and not as consitant as Holt has always been, only a 2year age difference but i would take the older Holt(29) over Johnson(27) anyday..plus when Johnson did that retarded prank to the Browns DBs by sending packages with Pepto Bismo that was pretty funny lol, and what was even more funny was when he got shutdown 3rec.for 37yards that game!! He dropped like 5passes that day, something Holt would never do..
