The Heat have too many egos to keep in check. It was easier last year to have two stars (Shaq and Wade) and a strong supporting cast...the supporting cast knew their role and performed well.

This year, with Antoine and J.Williams, there are too many showboats that cannot take on a lesser role. The Heat record currently is a reflection of that. You can say that Shaq being out was the issue...but Mourning contributed significantly and the best they can do is an 11-10 record? Riley will not miraculaously change the Heat fortunes.

I am more worried about the Bucks than the Heat...but all this will be answered Dec 29th when the Pistons stomp the Heat on TNT.
