well they use sterile warm water and insert it into your intestinal system through the anus.. which takes around half hour to 45 mins and they properly clear you out... you see everything that comes out and poeple have been known to lose some weight folowing this procedure... also all the rubbish that can build up in the intestines becomes toxic and therefore our bodies cannot absorb vitamins/nutrients effectively and thats another reason why people get illnesses etc.

Forget surgery I have read on the internet and elsewhere that colonic hydrotherapy is very good for you... cleans you out properly and gets rid of 'crap' tahts been stuck in your intestines for years!!
