Shaq should have had 6 at the end of regulation cuz of what he did on richard jefferson. The officiating was crap. But Aysha, you're right, the Nets shouldnt have jacked up 3s like that.

i was wondering the same bout the 3 point shooting from the nets.
they could have taken the game a dozen times.

spurs at 1-1 will be fine. during the 2003 championship, we lost our first games vs the suns and the mavericks and did fine

Your dad is a genius PP...As for the series, in the east, Detroit, Miami and Chicago has 2-0 leads, while the celtics and pacers are tied at 1-1. In the West, The Suns, Sonics, and Rockets lead 2-0 in their series while the Nuggets and Spurs are tied at 1-1.

Anything is possible in the playoffs...hell, even the spurs lost at home, and dallas lost 2...and those were teams that had very good home records as well.

mattx-the nets are your home team, so i think they can take 1 of the 2 upcoming home games and maybe get some confidence...but you're right, they came up flat in games 1 and 2. A wise man once said...the play offs dont begin till the home team loses a game.

Dude, I didnt even see the games last night, let alone be there. Stockpicker and I are very respectful fans when we go to games. As for someone throwing a quarter at AI, thats plain stupid, but props up to AI for handling that crackhead well. A true professional. As for throwing 50, I dont think he even sees it. I saw the press conference, and I've never seen this guy, probably the most fearless player in the NBA, talk so timidly...Pistons are playing some mad ball with the tightest defense in the NBA..

people, everyone in the NBA plays dirty. The rule is, if the refs don't see it, then just do it (sponsered by nike). Seriously though, everyone grabs each other's shirt, hold arms...etc. Sometimes it is being too competitive that makes you play dirty (I noticed it in me when I play ball). You go for the hard foul, you make that push...etc.

reggie miller's real dirty...anyone see him tripping tony allen (if im not mistaken)at the 3 point line during last nites game?
damn!

he is dirty...but i bet his teammates love him for that. Personally, if the refs don't call it, why wouldn't you tweak the rules? I don't like the Najeras, Nocionis, Stocktons of the world personally, but I wouldn't complain if they were playing on my team winning me championships. The bulls are going to be _really_ good really fast, especially if they can get a low post presence (and no, I don't think that's Eddy curry, at least not at the money he's going to be wanting).

Nocioni is nothing but a very dirty player.

Here comes the Rockets. :-). Now who predicting Mavs against rockets???

desiknight...haha...sadly, at least the foreign players have an excuse for their language difficulties...what about the ebonics that has infiltrated the nba?

About the spurs...i'm not terribly concerned. We help anthony in check, prevented the running game, and lost due to a ton of barely missed shots. There is no excuse for an 0-16 draught but this team will be fine in the long run. The only concerning thing for me was that it seemed like duncan wasn't able to finish like he normally does. However, he's said his ankle is still only 75-80%...We'll win the next two and then win the series in 6 or 7. I was hoping for a win first game and short series but alas, that won't happen. The nuggets and the rockets are the only teams out west that can beat the spurs. In the east, it's just detroit. I wish we'd gotten a team without the athletic bigs that denver has early on so duncan can heal but like i said, there's a reason why it's a 7 game series.

HAhaahaha, i knew the spurs were gonna lose. honestly i dont see why yall were pickin them to go all the way. They cant Score! they go through to many droughts. Duncan is not explosive, and neither is anyone else on that team. GO BULLS!
