It's positive thinking, but in general just always thankful for what you got, situation you're in and stay happy. Would this be positive or negative thinking: Sometimes you go through so many problems and instead of crying or getting depressed you just think "ALhumdullilah, Allah swt is putting me to a test. I must be really loved."?

I am a positive thinker most of the time. I notice good things in life and feel good about them. When things go wrong, I get worried for a while but then soon I move on. When it comes to trivial negative things I don't even bother.

Yes, I am a positive thinker. With so many great things within my personal life and just out there, why focus on the negatives? You keep your hair more, blood pressure down, etc. if you stress less. Life happens. "Issues" aren't problems so much as they are learning experience/challenges. :-)
