Hey guys,

Need some help, I'm having a potluck lunch at work. My company has asked people to bring in food. Everyone is asking me to bring in desi food. Can anyone suggest a dish which is relatively easy to make, ingredients won't cost an arm and a leg and transport well??!! If its non desi thats cool too.

i feel the best recipes for potlucks are casseroles and other layering dishes.... look up chicken casserole on allrecipes.com or something..... or layered desserts.

ohhh i like that recipe for tuna kababs... not a huge fan of tuna but this sounds good, i may try it :)

If you want an easy desi dish, you could try making chola. I made it recently for a potluck at my work and everybody loved it! Just go easy on the red mirchi, otherwise your co-workers will be breakin a sweat :)

Cutlets work well for this type of event.
