i really like the chicken pot pie recipe on the box - minus the chicken!!! great appetizer and very yummy too. I also recently made a spinach filling using a recipe from Everyday Italian from food tv. i used the puff pastry sheets instead of the puffs bc it was for a lot of ppl and cut them into triangles. they turned out really good. check out puffpastry.com for more ideas!!!
