hi guys, i just bought a quesadilla maker cuz i heard they come out even better in it than on the stovetop. I like crispy quesadillas so im thinking that will do the trick. I have a great recipe from allrecipes.com..... mmmm..... anyway, just wanted to know if anyone has tried using it and if it truly is that great. (just in case i want to return it :) - thanks!

NG - thats so funny, thats actually the same recipe i used! it turned out great - i made it the first time without my maker and the second time with it - boht were good but it was a tad better with the maker (more crispy)! hehe.... hope it worked out for you too!
