oh about the taxes.. and what you pay.

After the financing the mortgage averages out to about 1800 per month..the renter pays about 1100-1300 per month. Your neg cash flow is about 500-700 per month .. In our properties the 1st year insurance is paid for as is the 1st 6 months of prop. tax which in the area is less then 1%.

hey sonia I have an offer for you.

Read my facts about phoenix...
i Can get you in a property that will make you 6-10k per month in equity. the homes i list are usually built in 2001-2003 2500 sq foot apx.

I also the seller pays ALL YOUR CLOSING COST. no closing costs to you at all. Also we have the renter sign a one year lease. We even do 100% financing if you qualify..if your fICO is above 650 you qualify. Phoenix area is seeing 40-55% ROI per year. the home you buy today for 250 will be at least 350 in one year. Just email me and i will prove it to you and show you my prior clients investments. If your new in investing, or your not...NO ONE OFFERS this NO CLOSING COST ...

Racer,

Tell me what is the sweet spot in terms of down payment on a condo, such that you actually turn a profit when you rent it out. expenses to consider: condo fee, prop taxes, insurance...etc.

what did you do in the case of your properties?

Thank you!
Sonia

(H) Yes I have a few in VA. If you've never invested in real estate in the past, I strongly recommend getting qualified by a bank before you start shopping. Its a great time to BUY!!!
