Yeah I hate having black hair - it is so hard to color. Try putting black henna in your hair. It is healty and will not damage your hair and will remove the redness.

Ahh go back to your natural color...even if you bleach and color there is a risk it'll turn brassy (orange). This happened to me and I got this stuff to remove all the color from my hair and start over. When I removed allt he color it was orangey yellow like a carrot. Even when I colored over it, it was okay for a while and then the color would fade in certain spots and the orangeness would show through.

Serioulsy I would go and get Natural Instincts or some nourishing hair color (Garnier Nutrisse, etc) and get a coffee brown color and use it. Use a color protecting shampoo to prevent spot fading. As the color fades a little you will get a nice glow.

But of course it all depends on if you are trying to go back dark or just trying to fix it. Definitely get the salon to do either choice if they will for free, otherwise do it yourself or pay again : (

Good luck and let us know what happens

Go back to the salon--ask them why this is happening-their color should have fixed the problem-you should be able to also get a discount $$$ wise.
