Try queens hospital in NYC its a part of the Mt Sinai medical center. When I was a physician assistant in their emergency room, most of the residents I worked with were foreign medical grads. You can email me if you want to know about it. Its a city hospital, and there are loads of great cases... BUT being that its a city hospital, it also is somewhat poorly funded...however, the docs I know who graduated from there have had great luck with finding fellowships...
