Looking for a roommate for a 2-bed/1-bath apartment in Jersey City. The apartment is in a high-rise building (apartment in on the 15th floor), has secured access, with laundry facilities for the residents inside the building.
Your room has a panoramic view of NY - Statue of Liberty can be seen very easily - is fairly large (approximately 14 x 12), and can easily fit a queen size bed, 2 drawers, a TV, a big size desk and other necessary items. You will enjoy lots of sunshine during the day. The apartment has hardwood floors, a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Apartment is ready with wireless Internet and Comcast cable (in case you would want to share the bill equally).
Journal Square Path Station is 4 blocks away (a 7-8 minute walk) for people commuting to downtown NYC (15 minute ride). A bus ride to Port Authority takes 20-25 minutes and bus service is one block from the apartment.
You will be sharing the apartment with a 28 yr old straight male, who works as a consultant in NYC, is fairly social, doesn?t mind occasionally partying, and inviting friends over sometime.
Requirements - 1 month of rent and 1 month of security deposit. Month to month lease. 1 reference required and must have a steady job. Cleanliness is a must and look after the common areas. Utilities to be shared equally (approximately $20/month for electricity)
