No unfortunately not:( I had to leave NY due to lack of job and relocated to Boston where unbelievably enough, I found a job alhumdoolillah:) But I do need a roomie in Boston though for the time being:) Thanks anyways

I am looking for a place in Astoria. Either a cheap one bedroom or studio for myself only (cheap meaning less than 1000, haha) or a room for rent. (between 500-800 per month for just a room).
Only rules for me are....you are a Muslim (duh), since I am female I do not want males around so no guy visits, no drugs, no alcahol, and you must love cats because I have one:)
Any one know of anything?

Anaira...I guess it depends on what your looking for in terms of a neighborhood. Below midtown your looking at union square, soho, west village. If your looking for a deal you can find them more easily on the east side, below midtown (east village area)....buuuut it can be a bit of walk to most subway lines...
