Well, I might be moving back to the NoVA/DC area myself, but if not, I'm just thinking of things that people would immediately ask. Wasn't meaning to be nosy or anything, but if people get a feel for what you want they might know someone who fits the bill, etc..

I really have no preference with someone's religion/culture as long as they're respectful and open-minded to everyones differences. I'm in school right now, so i'm looking for someone who's going to be considerate when it comes to me getting some quiet time to study. I'm a night person, so i usually stay up late studying or what not. I'd like someone who's clean, they don't have to have ocd, but if they do i understand, and it's cool, but cleanliness is important to me. just someone who's chill, clean, considerate. I study during the weekdays but i do need to unwind on the weekends, so hopefully my roomie and i can discover the city.

What do you look for in a roomate?

Any preferences to nationality, culture, religion, personality, anything?

Are you a night person? Early riser? Quiet? Loud? Neat/Tidy/OCD or anything goes?
