I personally will not point a finger and say this person is a kafir, however, with comon sense and logic, reading the quran and hadiths and tafseer, it's not hard sometimes to classify certain acts and behaviour as shirk, especially when there is a direct reference to this type of behaviour from these mentioned sources.

sister222, you make a valid point, but if someone is doing something directly contradicting the hadiths and the quran's teachings, or if they are doing precisely what the Prophet s.a.w. refers to as shirk, then who are we also to oppose his word?

yes sister ... their is a difference between muslim and mo'min .... and the same way I am saying YOU don't have the right to judge these brothers and sisters ... I have NO right to judge you ... because you don't wear hijab ... and call yourself muslim ... because I am sure you think NO one has the right to question the how you pratice Islam or the fact that you don't wear your hijab ... It is not for you to say what they're doing is shirk ... or for me to think you're doing shirk ... NOW IS IT?

What do you have against shias ... what is wrong with you .... why are you bent on causing and stirring up trouble between Shias and sunnis .... STOP IT .... Haven't you read the caption upon entering this village ... We are all MUSLIMS ..... now tell me what is wrong with this picture that you have to make such a comment ....
