Salmon
Here is a quick and yummy salmon recipe that I made up:
Ingredients:
6 Salmon fillets / steaks / whole fish (but that's messy)
4 medium lemons
4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
chopped parsely (how do they measure parsley???!!!) say a quarter of a cup
4 table spoons or 1/4 cup butter
some olive oil (can't live without it)
some flour (about 2table spoons)
Method:
In a sauce pan melt your butter with a bit of olive oil then add flour and keep stirring while adding flour to make something that looks like a fine paste, I use medium heat or high heat but if you can't control your stirring and get clumps then use a lower heat . Then slowly add in your lemon juice while stirring. Add your garlic and salt to taste, then lastly add your parsely.
Cover your baking sheet with aluminum foil for an easy clean up. Then thinly spread some olive oil on it so the fish won't stick. Put your fish on the foiled and oiled pan. Put in a pre heated oven at about 350degrees for about 10 minutes (if your fish is really thick may need to go for a bit longer). Add your sauce on top, then put back into the oven for about 2 minutes. Your fish should now be juicy but not overly done and dry. DO NOT OVER COOK! feel free to experiment and change it up cause I always do. I recently used two lemons and two limes and had no garlic so i used some pesto sauce, it was really good too :)
Serve with veggies
enjoy:)
