School books
Asalamu 3alaykum!
Today I stopped at a halal market and was looking through some Islamic books...and sub7anAllah...there was this one lil book just laying there...the only one! I picked it up and to my surprise it was the same book I was looking at online the other day! I picked it up and said I have to get this book for my kids at the sunday school!
"Islam for Younger People
Author: Ghulam Sarwar
Edition: 4th Edition
Pages: 64
Intended for children aged 6-11, Islam for Younger People outlines the basic beliefs of Islam in a clear fashion. A brief sketch of Prophet Muhammad?s life, details of the five ?pillars? of Islam, a selection of stories and the text of four short chapters of the Qur?an serve to make this one of the most popular of Islamic books for this age group."
I teach pre-k and even though this book is for older children, Im teaching them about the pillars of Islam, manners and character...this book has wonderful subjects that can be benificial to the children inshallah...sub7anAllah they love story time and the arts and crafts that we do incorperate what we learned from the story...its just awsome alhumdulilah :)
