I think they used a kid to tag along with Jack for the first few episodes so they can have the audience experience Jack thru the kids eyes.

Has anyone also noticed that there are always teenagers involved in the first few hours and somehow or the other they screw up something ....

Jack should have his own bootcamp for teenagers ...

OMG ... Is anyone else also pissed beyond belief ... two of my fav 24 characters were killed in 1st 10min ... This seson better be good to make up for killing off Palmer and Michelle ....

My fav lines from the first hr :

Martha Logan: I look like a wedding cake ... SPLASH ..

"okay, take me to the hospital"

Jack Bauer: "Yeah." Gunshot.
