not necessarily. i think there could be a time when one may not wish to commit to real love and a good nurturing relationship hence sex and lust may occur. i dont think it has anything to do with insecurity although this maybe the case for some people.

a good nuturing relationship needs time, committment and energy - if you dont have this and need to fulfill your needs then lust it is!
