"Sex Without Punishment?"


Long ago when there were wars and things were difficult, men were sleeping with women. In order to avoid punishment for having sex with different women at different times Mut3ah ("Sex without Punishment") was practiced. I have just encountered a few women in my community that do this sort of thing. So, I investigated the rumors and found out that about 40% of the muslims living in the Detroit area have practiced this sort of thing. From what I know for sure this type of thing was practiced when the Rasul was around not now a days. Any raised eyebrows on this issue??? I want to hear from you!

Hey! I am not too sure about what everybody else has said, but this is what I know about mutah. It is accepted in Shias, but in Sunnis, it is haram. Shias say that Hazrat Umar (ra) ended it, but it was forbidden around the war of Khaibar, and there are ahadeeth against it. IN SUNNIS, A MARRIAGE HAS TO BE FOR INDEFINITE TIME, OTHERWISE IT IS NOT VALID. Someone here said that the prophet (pbuh) did it (nauuz-u-billah astughfirullah). HE NEVER DID IT. PLEASE when you talk about the prohphet(pbuh), do not say something if you are not sure. Making up things about him is much more serious than you could ever think.

What's sooo funny? LOL. Maulvis gotz to be makin a livin'. If you like Maulvis, you have to watch a very funny, yet spiritual Persian movie. It is called 'Marmaluk (Lizard in English)'. It is about a convict who escapes the jail in a Maulvis outfit then in his escape out of the country has to impersonate a Maulvis of a small border town until he gets his false documents to get out. Reading the subtitles is worth it.
