Shia classical books, out of 'taqiyyah', would hide the names of the first 3 caliphs behind such phrases like saying 'fulaan' (Arabic for 'so-and-so') or al-awwal (the First, meaning Abu Bakr), al-Thani (the Second, i.e., Omar) and al-Thaalith (the Third, i.e., Uthman), and here they use 'fulaan and fulaan', referring to Abu Bakr and Omar!!!!
