Shia, list for us Your Scholars, of Past & Present!!

I think you know well our scholars (as Sunnis in general, or as Salafis in particular), and..I thought I knew your scholars, but it seems to me that you, English speakers don't know many, or don't know enough about ur major scholars!

So come here and list for us the names of ur scholars that u trust or hold 'high up there' in status!

Don't mentions 'imams', because I want 'real persons'. the imams u believe in, their narrations, are mythical and mere fabrications. give me ur own 'scholars' names only, and major books u know, of past and present.

I agree with the general idea but i can't say i'm feelin the resentment towards the traditional ulema.

As a side note, one of the great Quran commentaries of this century has been produced by a shia, and that commentary is Al-Mizan, by 'Allamah Tabataba'i...

Actually, neither the sunnis or shias have produced any really great thinkers as of late... the number is so small one can hardly count them on one's finger...

the few that actually have been produced have been castigated by the traditional ulema of both sects..

lol your wahabbi scholars are a disgrace to the term scholar. they waste time debating who has the longest beard or the shortest pants, while muslims are being oppressed around the world. every now and again they chip in by tellin someone to strap some C4 to their wastes and kill other muslims, if they can make it that far without blowing themselves up first.
