Now why is this considered as an act of Kufer??.

Simply because the QURAN confirms the Prophet is a revelation to mankind. The Quran being the physical aspect of a revelation and the Prophet the examplary via traditions, actions, practise, method, etc. So If Allah refers to Him (saw) as a revelation himself, then isnt it an act of Kufer to deny his traditions (hadith)?? There is ample evidence that Imam Ali (as) was appointed by the Prophet as his successor. Also extremely generous and weighty traditions from the Prophet and Quran via application forming the very establishment of the Ahlul Bayt as 12 to be our righteous leaders, as Imams.

Now let me ask you, denying the Prophet, Quran, Hadith, doesn't that conclude to one commiting an act of disbelief....you see belief is not only the submissive aspect of declaring faith in Allah and physical appreciation of the Prophet, but Belief is also a concentrated bond which unites the created and the creator with the will to accept both Allah in his decree and the Prophet in his traditions.

Rejecting the 12 Imams is very clearly an act of Kufer (disbelief) but does not make one a Kafir. Yes the Ayatollahs of Iran say the same. The same for a muslim to call another muslim a kafir, he/she commits an act of Kufer (agreed by both sunni and shia). You have to remember an act of Kufer and being a Kafir negate in similtude, they are not the same. For you to deny the Imams their position as your leaders, does not make u a Kafir unless u dont follow the Quran and Sunnah.

You gotta show us proofs as to what were they so eager to GET after becoming rulers!! even Fadak which u think Abu Bakr forbade lady Fatimah from inheriting..did he he get for himself? No. before u are all the history books, come proove it! Imam Malik (founder of the Maliki madhab) deduced the ruling of takfeer of the Shia based on that very verse. so, we have no taqiyyahs, and i'm telling u..in a sunni (khilaafah) state...all the shia would be put to death. maybe their men only. their women we'll take as captives and their kids we'll raise as sunnis, just like the muslims did with the jews of khaybar.
