salams, there is this awesome book i found that is full of dua for children, with illustrations and everything, it is called "our book of dua (for children)" compiled and translated by fadel abdallah. here is the dua:

"bismika-allahuma amootu wa ahya"

in Your name, O Allah, i die and i live
