This happens to me constantly, first only in Chicago, then New York...recently over July 4th in Houston....naseeb changes the whole convention atmosphere...you see people you don't know but sort of know from naseeb. Its cool sometimes, its annoying sometimes, depending on who you are with and all...

Geezlaweez, nobody ever recognizes the pot for some reason, and the pot is feeling really insecure now. Actually, there is one story though. One day, when the pot was talking with someone and another someone introduced the pot as 'potman on naseeb---the person that the pot got introduced to said to the pot, in a rather nonchalant way, 'oh, so you're the blackhead'. The pot thought this was kinda insulting though, but he was unsure as to whether the commenter was talking about the pots naseebpic or whether he was talking about the pots dire need of getting a facial, and b/c he didn't want to look stupid, the pot just kept his mouth shut. However, now that the pot is a naseebceleb his ego is as big as pangea.

I was at a totally random mall across the country in New Jersey and these little cute teenage girls came up to me and brought their moms and said "hey that's the Naseeb girl who wrote the Qudbuddin rishta article." It was flattering yet embarrassing at the same time haha.

I could write a top 25 list about this one. At isna, at seemingly any muslim gathering in the metropolitan detroit area...at random events...hell, even someone followed me into a bathroom at isna...all asking..."Are u dr.detroit?" I have no problem in the world with it...i think its funny, but yeah, those are the tip of the iceberg stories.. the guys.girls who know me, will make some dr.d. reference...but the people who haven't met me would ask me...it hasn't occurred at work yet thank God...have some patient be like..."hey? are u dr.d?:)...

yeah at last ISNA while walking through the halls, at another gathering in DC, and at a Muslim book club i went to in NYC I was recognized 'I 've met u somewhere, u were wearing pink...' turned out it was my naseeb pic, haha.
