Something to think about
The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, " At evening do not expect (to live till) morning and at the morning do not expect (to live until) evening. Take from your health for your illness and from your life for your death.

Another translation of the hadith is "...while in good health (do good deeds) before you fall sick, and while you are alive (do good deeds) before death strikes."
What this means is that you should take your health as a preparation for your illness. Today you may be healthy but you never know about the future. It is wise to perform good deeds and be closer to Allah (SWT) now before being unhealthy or before dying.
