guys are also like that in the USA and UK. My white boyfriend's friends, who are white, sometimes stratch themselves and would take a piss in the streets. eeww.

LOL, I read this article and my jaw dropped. I saw it yesterday on BBC.

The articles that were on the side were very distressing to read. That India would have humans clean out human excrement was just awful.
